the hotel was wonderful with generous breakfasts. I had a fabulous double room with a delightful view of the street. 3. the bed was amazing. 4. the property was in a favorable location close to famous markets and the airport. 5. the service provided there was excellent. 6. the extra touch with the pillows was much appreciated.

Staff very courteous and solicitous, room spacious, with a view towards the sea, excellent layout for workdesk, super, roomy bathroom with power shower, good parking at the side with secondary entrance to hotel opposite, excellent breakfast with views to the pool

Lifts slow and cramped, phone by bed but not on desk, access tricky by car on the way in from the airport, essentially on the wrong side of Madinah Road if you have business in town, parking in the forecourt difficult due to the users of the surrounding shops

Here always an argument, after booking/authorising thru Booked.net, they (Hotel Staff) want another preautorisation before issuing the room key. I am afraid it might get paid twice for the same.
